To manage your request, Psychics Connect needs to:

• obtain your agreement in relation to handling this personal information.

If you do not provide the information requested or give your agreement below, Psychics Connect may not be able to complete your request.

In this section ‘personal information’ means information about me.

I agree that, in accordance with The Psychics Connect Privacy Policy you and your related companies may do the following:

• use personal information for marketing purposes. This includes putting my name and contact details on the Psychics Connect marketing lists for the purpose of customer research and offering me goods or services of a Psychics Connect company by email, mail or telephone or having your related companies do so directly. I understand that you will remove my name from such lists if I ask you to.
• transfer personal information confidentially to your related companies subject to appropriate conditions of confidentiality. This includes transferring personal information to other countries for data processing and servicing.
• transfer personal information confidentially to third parties for processing payments on your behalf.
• monitor and record my telephone conversations with your team of Customer Service Operators from time to time for training, quality control or verification purposes.
• I also agree that where I have provided you with information about another individual in this form, I will make sure that the individual is aware of my supplying their information to you and the terms of The Psychics Connect Privacy Policy.
