These terms and conditions were last updated on 10 July 2002 and replace all previous terms and conditions for the Psychics Connect Sites.

From time to time Psychics Connect will run competitions, free prize draws, promotions and surveys on the Psychics Connect Sites. These are subject to additional terms and conditions that will be made available at the time they are run.

These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses this site. By clicking on the words "I agree" or continuing to access this site, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms. 2. Technical Requirements

The Psychics Connect Sites are best viewed using the Internet browsers IE5 or Netscape 6 (or later versions). Any older browser versions may work but users could have limited browsing experience.

3. Contract Formation and Governing Law

Your request is an offer to purchase Services which we can accept or refuse at our discretion. No legally binding agreement will exist between you and Psychics Connect until we accept your offer by sending an email to the email address you provided in the registration process.
The Contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom.
English law will apply to the Contact and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Psychics Connect will try to process your request promptly but does not guarantee that the Paid For Services will be available to you by any special time.

4. Restrictions on Under-Age Use

This site is strictly for use by people aged 18 and over. If you are aged below 18 you may not access or use the site and you must exit the site immediately.

5. Registration and Information Provided By You
You agree to provide such information about yourself as prompted by the site's registration form and ensure that any information you provide to us about yourself is at all times true, current, accurate and complete. If it is not or we reasonably suspect it is not true, current, accurate and complete then we shall be entitled to terminate the Contract or suspend the Services until such time as we determine.

6. Price

All prices are correct at the time of display online. Psychics Connect will charge you in British Pounds Sterling, Euro Dollars, Australian Dollars or United States Dollars, depending on your country of residence or your preferred currency. You may also have to pay any applicable local taxes. The price will be confirmed at the time you request us to provide any of the Services. Price information (including information about special offers) is subject to change without notice.

The price is payable in advance by credit card or debit card on or off line.

Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) is currently the preferred method to securely transfer credit card or debit card data over the Internet. When taking your subscription details or payment information Psychics Connect use a secure server (128 bit SSL) which encrypts all the personal information you give us before it is sent, including your credit or debit card details and your name and address.

7. Unauthorised Use of Credit Cards

We will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and credit card or debit card information secure, but unless we have been negligent or fraudulent we will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to information transmitted by you when accessing or using this site. Many credit card issuers will cover liability arising from unauthorised use of your credit card or may limit your liability to a fixed sum.

8. Privacy
All information received by you from your use of the Psychics Connect Sites will be used by Psychics Connect in accordance with our Privacy Policy Statement.

If you provide Psychics Connect with an email address that will result in any emails or SMS messages Psychics Connect may send you being sent to you via a computer network or telephone operated or owned by a third party, for example your employer or college, then you warrant that you are entitled to receive those messages. You also agree that Psychics Connect may refrain from sending messages to you without notifying you, even if you have subscribed to receive them, if we receive a request from a third party to stop sending emails or SMS messages to you.

All psychic readings and consultations are intended to offer insight and in no way constitute legal, financial or professional advice for which a professional licence is required. By participating in any reading with a psychic, tarot reader, medium, astrologer or other person offering insight, you understand that We do not address health questions of any kind, including inquiries about pregnancy and death.

If any exclusion in this Contract is held to be invalid and We become liable for loss or damage that may lawfully be limited then such liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.

Any reliance you place upon any information, content, software or advertisements (collectively, the "materials") contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the Services or the site will be at your sole risk and you will ensure that the materials meet your requirements.
